Please click for incoterms schema International Chamber Of Commerce (ICC) where Turkey is the member an organization as the voice of world business describes risks and responsibilities of buyers, sellers and transporters.

International trade is realized though the rules formed by this chamber. The organization gathered the under general titles of possible delivery types between buyer and seller. Incoterms are used to divide transaction costs and responsibilities between buyer and seller and reflect state-of-the-art transportation practices. When the new millennium began Incoterms were revised by ICC with the name of INCOTERMS 2000. Decisions of the court will be within Incoterms 2000 frame in case of any disagreement with your transporter or foreign customer as Turkey is a part of this convention.
