Communication:
-Our data lines enabling to connect the company’s domestic network use frame relay technology. We can consider this communication as close circuit internet line. Additionally at domestic branches there is also stand by ADSL internet line in case of frame relay cut off.
Our international companies are connected to the center through “vpn” which is encrypted connection via ADSL internet.
-Gökbora company center has 4 different internet lines for different purposes.

Security:
-When connected to internet there are security walls called “firewall” provided safe internet connection.
-All the company computers are daily updated antivirus security software installed to be protected from viruses.
-There is also spam preventing system to block unwanted advertisement contented e-mails.

Software:
-Cargomax is the combination of the software called enterprise resource planning (ERP) where all the business processes run on it. Thanks to the program, all the information belonging to the company reserved at one center. Each department processes their own business data to the system. When needed, this information could be formed to different reports and these reports could be used to improve business process for more productive activities.
Cargomax system runs on Internet Explorer without any additional software as its based on web technology. Our domestic branches and international companies can use the program via internet.

-Lotus system is the software providing us e-mail possibility for intercompany and company outside communications. Many applications designed toward company needs run on Lotus program.
-Fax server is the system enabling incoming and outgoing faxes on the electronic environment. Operating integrated with the Lotus, due to the system incoming faxes drops in the users’ e-mail-boxes.

-Vehicle tracking systems; All the company vehicles in Turkey and overseas have new generation GSM-GPS based vehicle tricking systems. Through the systems, positions of the vehicles can be polled instantly and retroactive vehicle movement reports can be received.
